CNG Transmission is offering customers free title transfertracking (TTT), providing them with two accounting locations tonominate and transfer titles on the CNGT system. “We will offerfree TTT at least until Oct. 1, 2000,” said Vickie Coen, customeranalyst. “At that time we will evaluate the service to determinewhether the company will charge for the service at a rate of 84cents per transaction.”

With TTT, customers can aggregate or dis-aggregate gas atcertain receipt points on the CNG system and trade with othercustomers. The TTT offering also allows gas to be primary,secondary or interruptible, depending upon the entitlements of thetransportation contract delivering gas to the pool. Park and loanare available. There will be no minimum monthly bill for the TTTservice.

The service is available at CNG South Point (CNGSP) for receiptsupstream of CNG’s Valley Gate Junction and CNG North Point (CNGNP)for receipts downstream of Valley Gate. Customers may nominate gasfrom various receipt points to CNGSP or CNGNP for aggregation.Customers can exchange title as often as they want beforetransportation to market. A list of customers (potential tradingpartners) is posted on the CNG bulletin board.
