Constellation Energy Source, a subsidiary of ConstellationEnergy Group, signed an agreement to provide energy managementservices including construction, ownership and operation of acentral plant that will provide the Pittsburgh Steelers withheating, air conditioning and hot water for their new 65,000-seatstadium. Under the multi-year agreement, the company will beginconstruction on the plant immediately and expects to have theproject finished by the spring of 2001. The stadium is scheduledfor completion by August 2001.

Tractebel Sees ‘Rosy Future’ With Cabot LNG Acquisition
Cabot LNG, the largest U.S. liquefied natural gas importer anddistributor in the Northeast, agreed yesterday to sell 100% of itsassets to Tractebel of Brussels, Belgium for $680 million. The dealwill give Tractebel the LNG terminal in Everett, MA, along with 10%interest in a liquefaction facility in Trinidad and Tobago and theLNG tanker, Matthew. The transaction is set to close by thebeginning of September.

Athird cryogenic processing train was added, two existing cryogenictrains were modified, and control systems and field compressionwere enhanced. Total costs exceeded $60 million.
