Physical natural gas prices for weekend and Monday delivery eased in Friday’s trading with points in the loss column having a slight edge over those in the win column.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. has signed a multi-year natural gas fueling deal with an interstate long-haul trucking firm, Raven Transport Inc., that will include completing two new fueling stations in Clean Energy’s “natural gas highway” in Florida and Ohio.

Crestwood Midstream Partners LP is buying privately-held Arrow Midstream Holdings LLC for $750 million, expanding its focus in the Bakken Shale and building on its just-completed merger with Inergy Midstream.
