Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO to become effective Tuesday on its California Gas Transmission system. Noncompliance charges were set at $1/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on negative daily imbalances.

Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday on its California Gas Transmission system. Noncompliance penalties were set at $1/Dth for exceeding a 12% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday on its California Gas Transmission system. Noncompliance charges of $1/Dth were set for exceeding a 9% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Pacific Gas and Electric Co.’s California Gas Transmission declared a high inventory systemwide operational flow order for Thursday’s gas day. The OFO has a 5% tolerance and $1/Dth penalties for noncompliance.

After issuing a customer-specific OFO for Monday, Pacific Gas & Electric broadened it into a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Tuesday. PG&E set noncompliance charges of $1/Dth for exceeding a daily positive imbalance tolerance of 2% (the customer-specific order had the same charges but the tolerance level was 5%).

PG&E called a system-wide OFO with a 7% tolerance for gasday Saturday, Nov. 6, due to high inventory and forecasted highinventory for Sunday and today as well. The OFO called was Stage Iwith a $1.00/Dth noncompliance charge.
