After issuing a customer-specific OFO for Monday, Pacific Gas & Electric broadened it into a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Tuesday. PG&E set noncompliance charges of $1/Dth for exceeding a daily positive imbalance tolerance of 2% (the customer-specific order had the same charges but the tolerance level was 5%).

Florida Gas Transmission cited forecasts of 90-degree weather in its Florida market area in issuing an Overage Alert Day with 20% tolerance for negative daily imbalances Monday.

Westcoast told McMahon Plant shippers and producers it expected to complete repairs to a leaking fitting on a dehydrator tower at the plant by 6 p.m. MDT Monday, at which time full production through McMahon would be resumed. If circumstances do not allow removal of the constraint, it added, Overproduction Charges will be in effect at McMahon for Tuesday’s gas day.

All production in bubbles 2207, 3226 and 3227 must shut in by 7 a.m. EDT on June 5, the pipeline said. Noting that an ongoing overhaul of Gallup Station’s C turbine will continue through June 4 and that White Rock Station will be down June 5-30 to replace the regenerator on the #2 turbine and to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections and other maintenance, El Paso said its San Juan Basin capacity will be reduced by 240 MMcf/d June 1-4 and by 275 MMcf/d June 5-30 (both cuts are from a base capacity of 2,800 MMcf/d). El Paso also said individual compressor units at the Window Rock and Leupp Stations will be down at various times throughout June month for mechanical inspections, repairs and DOT inspections, and Line 1204 will undergo a smart pig run between Williams and Seligman Stations June 27. The work will cause only minor reductions of North Mainline capacity during June, except for June 27 when the capacity will be cut by 315 MMcf/d from a base of 2,200 MMcf/d. Similarly, various maintenance projects next month will cause relatively minor cuts of San Juan Crossover capacity except for June 13 (110 MMcf/d) and June 14 (125 MMcf/d) from a base of 620 MMcf/d.
