Meikle

Because of a suspected failure on TransCanada’s NPS 20 Peace River Mainline on the Alberta system upstream of the Meikle River Compressor Station, FT and IT Service in Segment 1 UPRM will be cut until further notice. Typical flow for the area is 5,500 E3m3/d or about 200 MMcf/d. The line has been isolated and field personnel are trying to visually confirm the suspected failure location in the remote marshy area of northwestern Alberta.
