Pacific Gas & Electric extended a systemwide Stage 3high-inventory OFO through at least today, but loosened thetolerance for positive daily imbalances from 1% to 3%. The utilitycontinued to project linepack rising well above its maximum targetlevels through Saturday.

Florida Gas Transmission once again extended an OFO but loosenedthe tolerance for negative daily imbalances to 15% Thursday afterhaving tightened it to 5% Wednesday (see Daily GPI, Dec. 7).

Florida Gas Transmission still has an Overage Alert Day notice ineffect today until further notice but loosened the tolerance forpositive daily imbalances from its initial 2% (see Daily GPI, May 25) to 15%.

Above-target linepack was projectedthrough today. PG&E’s neighbor to the south, Southern CaliforniaGas, declared a similar Overnominations Day for Saturday but had a 10%imbalance tolerance.
