Penalties again were set at $1/Dth. High inventory on its Baja path from the Southern California border prompted the utility to cut new nominations placed in the Intraday 1 and Intraday 2 cycles to zero for Thursday’s gas day. System constraints for the Baja path would be held to the Evening scheduled volumes, PG&E said.
