Dominion said it will implement Wednesday an FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit OFO and a Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFO for seven utility meters in New York state. OFO conditions will be similar to those of ones issued prior to Christmas (see Daily GPI, Dec. 24). See the bulletin board for details.

Dominion said two OFOs affecting its New York state service area would go into effect Saturday until further notice. The Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFO #1 was to apply to the meters of Corning Natural Gas, New York State Electric & Gas, Rochester Gas & Electric, Niagara Mohawk Power, Niagara Mohawk Power East, Fillmore Gas, National Fuel Gas Distribution and Steuben Storage. The FTNN Hourly Limit OFO #2 affected the same meters except those of National Fuel and Steuben.

El Paso Restructures Management
In an effort to conform with recently published guidelines from the New York Stock Exchange and stay current with the evolving industry environment, El Paso Corp. said Monday it has restructured some of its executive management. The management changes come days after the company was found guilty of withholding natural gas supplies during the California energy crisis of winter 2000-2001 (see Daily GPI, Sept. 24).
