Dominion said it will implement Wednesday an FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit OFO and a Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFO for seven utility meters in New York state. OFO conditions will be similar to those of ones issued prior to Christmas (see Daily GPI, Dec. 24). See the bulletin board for details.

El Paso lifted Tuesday the Strained Operating Condition (SOC) due to low linepack resulting from customer drafting; the SOC had been in effect for the previous two days. Performance in the San Juan supply basin has improved and customer response was sufficient to increase El Paso’s linepack to acceptable levels, the pipeline said. It also lifted a suspension of Interruptible Storage Service.

Repairs have been made to TransQuebec & Maritimes (TQM) Stations #650 (Lachenaie) and #654 (East Hereford), TransCanada said. As a result, the associated force majeure declaration issued by TQM to TransCanada, and TransCanada’s own force majeure declaration to firm shippers delivering to GMi EDA and East Hereford (see Daily GPI, Dec. 18), were lifted Tuesday morning. The A1 compressor at Station #650 remains out of service and the duration of the outage is unknown at this time, TransCanada said.

“Due to continued difficult weather conditions and the high probability of additional difficult weather conditions over the next few months,” Sea Robin Pipeline said it is temporarily suspending repair work for both the East Cameron 195 to East Cameron 334 (West Leg) and the Eugene Island 206 to South Marsh Island 128 (J Leg) segments. Sea Robin said it intends to resume repairs in the second quarter of 2009 when weather conditions are anticipated to be more favorable. As a result, Sea Robin is revising its anticipated return to service to mid-second quarter 2009 for both the West Leg and J Leg segments. See the bulletin board for a list of meters that will not be cleared for flow until repairs are complete.
