Enogex and Pablo Energy to Process Woodford Shale Gas

Enogex Inc. and Amarillo, TX-based producer Pablo Energy II LLC plan to gather and process natural gas from the Woodford Shale in southeastern Oklahoma through a new joint venture partnership, Atoka Midstream LLC, which is scheduled to begin operating in April.

Growing Barnett Shale Supply Prompts Expansion Plans for NGPL’s A/G Line

Natural Gas Pipeline Co. of America (NGPL) said Tuesday that it is planning to expand a portion of its Amarillo-to-Gulf Coast pipeline by 232,000 Dth/d in order to serve growing gas production from the Barnett Shale in northeastern Texas. NGPL is holding a binding open season through June 8 to test market interest in the project.

Transportation Notes

NGPL said a line failure occurred Saturday on one of its three mainlines in Washington County, KS, between Compressor Stations 195 and 106 on the Amarillo System. Repairs are under way. There was no impact to shippers due to the pipeline’s operational flexibility in the area, NGPL said.
