  • Eagle LNG Partners LLC is planning to begin construction on a 1 million metric ton/year (mmty) liquefaction terminal in Jacksonville, FL, in March, according to a recent filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
  • The company plans to submit a request to commence work later this month after completing site clearing last year. FERC approved the facility in 2019.
  • Oman LNG continued its streak of long-term offtake agreements for its terminal in Qalhat. Thailand’s PTT Global LNG Co. Ltd. signed a nine-year agreement for 0.8 mmty. TotalEnergies SE signed a 10-year agreement for 0.8 mmty to begin in 2025.
