Prior to joining NGI, he worked as a business and energy reporter at the Youngstown Vindicator, covering the regional economy and the Utica Shale play. He also served as a city reporter at the Bangor Daily News and did freelance work for the Associated Press. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism and political science from the University of Maine.

Shales Push 2013 Ohio NatGas Output to Double 2012

GreenHunter Plans Appalachian Gathering Network, Processing Facility
GreenHunter Resources Inc.said Monday that it plans to construct 34 miles of transmission and gathering pipeline in the Appalachian Basin to transport freshwater, oilfield waste and hydrocarbons to one of its barge terminals on the Ohio River, where it will also construct a processing facility to split condensates.
