Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariff to customers that deliver into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday on its California Gas Transmission system, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Destin said the force majeure event declared at the beginning of last week by natural gas liquids carrier Tri-States Pipeline was canceled Thursday. As a result, Destin resumed accepting nominations from all receipt points starting with the Intraday 1 cycle for Friday’s gas day.

Algonquin planned to lift Saturday (March 5) the imbalance warning it had implemented Tuesday.

Gulfstream reported that processing capabilities in the Mobile Bay area had returned to normal and thus it canceled Friday the gas quality operations advisory that was issued two days earlier.

All 22 meters behind the Walgrove Compressor Station in Kanawha County, WV, must be shut in for an estimated 19 days starting Monday as the station undergoes annual maintenance, Columbia Gas said. It estimated the impacted volume at 5,600 Dth/d. Firm production quantities will be limited to minimal local market consumption, Columbia said.

Alliance will take the Fort Saskatchewan Lateral out of service March 17-25 to work on its 10-inch diameter line. This outage will require zero flow from the Elk Island, Fort Saskatchewan and Scotford receipt points.
