Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Thursday, saying it will assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariffs to customers who deliver into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

An Overage Alert Day notice by Florida Gas Transmission was in effect for Wednesday only.

Just a day after changing its imbalance tolerance range zero pack/20% draft because of excess linepack, Westcoast is reverting to its normal range of 10% pack/10% draft Thursday.

Questar will perform a pigging operation Friday on its Southern System from the Riverbend area to Fidlar Station. This requires that ML 104 capacity be reduced to 350,000 Dth/d and that ML 80 capacity be reduced to 160,000 Dth/d, the pipeline added. Provided point operators affected by these cuts have their flow reduced by 8 a.m. that day, capacities will increase to normal (ML 104 to 380,000 Dth/d, and ML 40 to 270,000 Dth/d) in Cycle 4 nominations, Questar said. Based on current nominations, it calculates that these cuts represent a 90% reduction to flexed (tier 2) nominations on ML 104 and a 27% reduction of primary to primary (tier 1) nominations on ML 80.

CIG said one unit at Mocane Compressor Station will be out of service May 7-17, reducing station capacity from 50 MMcf/d to 24 MMcf/d. Also, a section of Wind River Lateral will be taken out of service May 8-9 and again May 14-18, cutting lateral capacity from 263 MMcf/d to 100 MMcf/d during each of these periods, CIG said.
