Northwest said nominated northbound volumes through Kemmerer Compressor Station and the Plymouth South constraint point continue to substantially exceed design capacity, impacting the pipeline’s operational integrity. As a result, effective Wednesday until further notice Northwest is declaring OFOs at both points If scheduled quantities for Wednesday’s gas day exceed the design capacity of 655,000 Dth/d at Kemmerer or 536,300 Dth/d at Plymouth South, Northwest will provide shippers with their contract-specific, realignment or must-flow OFO obligations by 4 p.m. MST.

Citing mild weather and limited operational flexibility, Tennessee issued a system Imbalance Warming for Tuesday. It encourages operators of both delivery points and receipt points to run positive imbalances during the warming period regardless of their cumulative imbalance positions.

ANR said it has begun unplanned maintenance at Hamilton Compressor Station along its Michigan Leg North (MLN) lateral, which will reduce total MLN (South End)-CFTP capacity by 360 MMcf/d (leaving 845 MMcf/d available) through Tuesday. Based on current nominations, it is anticipated the capacity reduction may result in the curtailment of Interruptible and Firm Secondary services, ANR said.

Based on anticipated operating conditions, effective Dec. 1 Gulf South shippers will be able to deliver up to 300,000 Dth/d into Destin Pipeline at their interconnect in Clarke County, MS. Operational capacities are subject to adjustment due to changing conditions, Gulf South said.

Rockies Express said a balancing agreement will be activated Dec. 1 at its delivery interconnect with East Ohio Gas.

Saying station work at its ANR-Shadyside interconnect had been completed, Southern resumed accepting nominations there for Saturday’s gas day.
