Only a day after ending a three-day systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO Tuesday, Pacific Gas & Electric is reinstating it Wednesday on its California Gas Transmission system. As on Sunday and Monday of the previous OFO, the new one will have $1/Dth penalties for exceeding a 5% tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

Questar said repairs are needed for third-party damage on its JL 47 segment. Flows at the Altamont and Bluebell receipt points will be cut to zero for Thursday’s gas day, while the Brundage and North Monument Butte receipt points will be limited to 8,400 Dth/d and 3,400 Dth/d, respectively, that day. Nominations can return to normal for Friday’s gas day, Questar said.

Columbia Gas said it was lifting an interruption of service Tuesday on Line PM-17.
