Sonat said it planned to implement an OFO Type 3 for sevendelivery groups Sunday and was anticipating it would beallocating/limiting interruptible capacity for the ChattanoogaGroup and North Alabama Group until further notice. Based onweather forecasts and projected demand, it is likely that the OFOand allocations will remain in effect through at least the end oftoday’s gas day, the pipeline said Friday. Nine groups on Sonat’sSouth Georgia system became subject to an OFO Type 22 Sunday.

Texas Eastern expected heavy demand load from a cold snapforecast for its market area over the weekend. Therefore, it wasrestricting all forward haul IT-1 service scheduled for M-3 zonedelivery from Saturday morning through the end of today’s gas day.

Northern Natural Gas expects 100,000 MMBtu/d to be affected whenthe Spraberry plant goes down for 12 hours Dec. 12 for annualemergency shutdown testing and maintenance of unit automationcontrols. Flow from five points will be zero during the plantdowntime.

Dominion announced Friday that the end of an open season for itsproposed Greenbrier Pipeline had been extended from Dec. 5 to Dec.19. Greenbrier would begin near Dominion’s Cornwell Station nearCharleston, WV, and end in Rockingham County, NC, near a Transcoline. Capacity will be about 600 MMcf/d and the anticipatedin-service date is June 2005.
