Florida Gas Transmission said Thursday it was experiencing”extremely high” linepack and that Operational Flow Orders would beissued to customers taking less than scheduled volumes. Otheroperational tools such as an Alert Day notice were also beingconsidered, the pipeline said.

El Paso extended repairs on its Laguna Station (Cibola County,NM) #3 compressor again through Friday (Feb. 27). It also extendedmaintenance on the Amarillo Station (Randall County, TX) #2compressor through Feb. 27, one day beyond the original estimate.That work limited capacity on the Plains-to-Dumas line to 300MMcf/d north of the station.

Williams Gas Pipelines Central is evaluating the feasibility ofproviding transportation service to non-traditional markets inOklahoma in conjunction with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission’sproposed unbundling of gas services. Among others, these marketsinclude Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Edmond, Midwest City, Del City,Norman, Moore, Mustang, Enid, Stillwater and Ponca City, Williamssaid.
