Effective with the start of Monday’s gas day, Texas Eastern was not accepting incremental IT nominations for delivery to Market Zone 3 (M-3). In addition, no due-shipper imbalance makeup gas was available in M-3. Affililate Algonquin restricted Monday all incremental forward-haul AIT and Authorized Overrun service anywhere on its system.

Northern Natural Gas, operator of Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System, has scheduled another pigging of 66.5 miles of MOPS’ 24-inch line from the Mustang Island 758 platform to the onshore Tivoli (TX) Station for Dec.16-21. There is a possibility of shutting in about 100,000 MMBtu/d of deliveries into Florida Gas Transmission, Gulf South and Tejas if liquids coming into Tivoli are too great to handle, as was the case for two days last week (see Daily GPI, Dec. 9).

Gulf South has scheduled a pig run on Index 270 (its 24-inch line from Marchand Junction, LA to St. Rose, LA) from mile pole 24.54 to mile pole 73.57 for Tuesday through Thursday then again on Dec. 19. The pipeline said it is working with all customers affected by this maintenance. It anticipates no interruptions, but will claim force majeure should service be impacted.

A unit at the York Compressor Station has been repaired and returned to service, Sonat said Monday. It had previously expected to end the unscheduled outage by the end of November (see Daily GPI, Nov. 4).
