Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a Stage 2 high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

After having reported completion of Puckett Station compressor repairs Thursday, El Paso said Sunday it cannot run Puckett “due to insufficient gas coming into the station caused by maintenance at the Oxy Terrell plant.” Gas from the ITERRELL, IPUCKETT, IMLTERPK and IYUCBUTE interconnects must be routed to Keystone instead of Waha and will be limited to a total of 70 MMcf/d until further notice.

Northwest hinted that it will start cracking down on out-of-spec receipts, saying that operating conditions related to temperature and seasonal changes have severely limited its mainline blending capabilities. The pipeline told customers Friday that effective Oct. 18, all gas delivered to it must conform to these requirements set out in the tariff: “The hydrocarbon dew point of the gas delivered shall not exceed fifteen degrees Fahrenheit at any pressure between 100 psia and 1,000 psia as calculated from the gas composition and shall be free from hydrocarbons in the liquid state.”

Gulf South will begin about three days of maintenance Tuesday on TPL 219, its Elm Grove 10-inch line. No nominations will be scheduled at four meters during the work.

As the result of an order issued in Docket No. RP-02-99-000, FERC reasserted jurisdiction over the rates and conditions of service of North Padre Island Gathering System (NPIGS) offshore Texas effective Sept. 5, Transco said in a bulletin board posting Friday. NPIGS had been operating as a non-regulated gathering service since Dec. 1, 2001. The order caused the suspension of a Pipeline Interconnect Balancing Agreement between Transco and Williams Gulf Coast Gathering Company, LLC retroactively back to Sept. 1, 2002.
