Pacific Gas & Electric Co. called high-inventory systemwide operational flow orders Friday and Saturday. The Stage 2 OFO on Saturday had a 3% tolerance with $1/Dth penalties. The company said its California Gas Transmission system has been operating above normal operating limits (4.5 Bcf) since Wednesday and is expected to reach nearly 4.7 Bcf by Sunday.

Transwestern Pipeline reported that line pigging from P-2 Station (Portales, NM) to P-3 Station (Dawn, TX) on the Panhandle Lateral will be done late this month. On Oct. 30, Pig Run No. 1 will lead to max capacity of 165,000 MMBtu/d. On Oct. 31, capacity will be 90,000 MMBtu/d and on Nov. 5 capacity will be 130,000 MMBtu/d.

Florida Gas made Friday an overage alert day with a 20% tolerance because of warm weather and high pipeline inventories.
