ANR Pipeline said it will limit interruptible (rate schedule DDS and MBS) storage account activity for the remainder of the injection period (through October 31). Due to current and projected storage inventory, it is notifying all DDS and MBS customers that their account balances, as of Sept. 16 will be limited to zero net injections from Sept. 17 through Oct. 31. ANR said it will continue to allow injections into either DDS or MBS during this period provided that an equal or greater amount of gas is withdrawn prior to Nov. 1. Daily operating conditions and firm service confirmations will determine the daily level of interruptible storage activity allowed.

ANR also said it is conducting pipeline maintenance along its Southeast Mainline between MLV 27 and MLV 28 in Mississippi in the Southeast Southern Fuel Segment (ML-2), which will reduce the total mainline capacity by 225 MMcf/d through Oct. 31 and by 100 MMcf/d from Nov. 1 through Dec. 1. For information call Mary Arambula (832) 676-3710 or Albert Shaver (832) 676-4122.

Destin Pipeline said the outage previously scheduled for this week has been re-scheduled and will now occur on Oct. 2 at 7 a.m. The outage will be a 24-hour shutdown of the system to perform work at Pascagoula related to the expansion of Destin.

El Paso said its Leupp B station is unavailable due to controls problems. Combined with ongoing maintenance at Navajo D the outage reduced capacity of the North Mainline by 250 MMcf/d Sept. 15 in cycle 3 and will continue until further notice.
