Pacific Gas & Electric set a positive imbalance tolerance of zero in issuing a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Wednesday. Penalties are $1/Dth.

The operator of the Sabine Plant in southwestern Louisiana has informed Tennessee that the plant will be shut down for repairs beginning Sunday that are expected to last through June 30. Customers should take their PTR (plant thermal reduction) nominations to zero during the outage until the plant resumes operations, which is anticipated to be July 1, Tennessee said. The pipeline said it will monitor gas quality and take appropriate actions if its hydrocarbon dew point levels adversely impact operations, but based on the limited time of the plant shutdown, it does not anticipate any problems.

NOVA will perform an in-line inspection on the 20-inch Peace River Mainline starting at 4 p.m. MDT Wednesday, and expects to finish by the start of Saturday’s gas day.
