Florida Gas Transmission kept an Overage Alert Day notice declared last Wednesday in effect through Friday and Saturday, loosening the negative imbalance tolerance from 15% to 20% for those two days, before ending the notice Sunday.

Sonat declared force majeure in association with scheduled shut-in tests at its two storage fields. The test of the Bear Creek Storage Field in Louisiana begins Tuesday and will run through April 19. Testing at the Muldon Storage Field in Mississippi will begin April 20 and continue through April 26. The pipeline will reduce CSS customers’ DIQ (Daily Injection Quantity) and DWQ (Daily Withdrawal Quantity) on a pro rata basis. Each CSS customer will be allocated 64% of its currently effective DIQ and DWQ posted on SoNet Premier during the Bear Creek work and 36% during the Muldon test.

NGPL will not accept gas at Gulfterra-Thompsonville in Jim Hogg County, TX for the Wednesday through Friday gas days this week because of scheduled third-party maintenance work. NGPL said it anticipates that a gas quality issue would result if it allowed gas to flow during the maintenance.
