Trunkline warned Friday evening that based on system operations and continuing weather conditions, it no longer could absorb excess receipts upstream of Centerville in the East Louisiana pool. It issued a critical system warning for the pool that remains in effect until further notice. If the excess receipts continue, an OFO with 2% tolerance and $25/Dth penalties may become necessary, Trunkline said.

Tennessee said work on the Station 1 compressor unit necessary to make deliveries to Channel Pipeline at Agua Dulce in South Texas has been completed. It resumed taking nominations at the Agua Dulce meter Tuesday.

Florida Gas Transmission will continue upgrading facilities next month to prepare for its Phase V Expansion. It will begin two-day turbine station upgrades Jan 5 at Station 14, Jan. 12 at Station 12 and Jan. 26 at Station 17; in each instance it will schedule about 1,550,000 MMBtu/d into its market area during the work. A one-day turbine station upgrade is scheduled for Jan. 19 at Station 11; market area volumes will be limited to about 1,400,000 MMBtu/d that day. A few days prior to the start of each outage, FGT will evaluate total market area demand and current weather conditions to determine if the outage needs to be rescheduled. Customers will be notified via electronic postings.
