Northwest Pipeline urged shippers to refrain from drafting anywhere on its system. Cool temperatures in the Pacific Northwest, supply shortfalls and excessive drafting has reduced linepack throughout the system, the pipeline said. All balancing must receive prior authorization from Williams Gas Pipeline-West.

Florida Gas Transmission said its capacity is being fully utilized. Warmer weather is being experienced in the Market Area, and FGT’s overall linepack is lower. Therefore, for the gas day of Oct 10, FGT alerted Market Area customers that it issued an Overage Alert Day at 15% tolerance. The pipe said it would continue to monitor hourly and daily takes and urged shippers to closely monitor scheduled quantities versus actual burn quantities.

Tennessee said it was not required to restrict or seal any additional points or services effective for the gas day of Oct. 10. The on-going seals include receipt meters upstream of station 009, station 530 and 843 through secondary services. Primary nomination increases will be accepted only for all cycles. Due to the Stagecoach construction project, Tennessee remains sealed until further notice at the following points through the following services: through secondary services (Park/Loan Payback, IT-X, IT, AOT, PAT, Payback, EDS/ERS, Secondary) for deliveries at meters located between MLV 325 and MLV 336; through secondary services for deliveries at meters located between MLV 325 and MLV 261; through interruptible services for deliveries at meters located between MLV 325 and MLV 342 (excluding the Iroquois Shelton meter (012180) and the Connecticut Derby meter (020127)). Due to various rehab, maintenance and construction activities, the pipeline has taken several other meters out of service. See Tennessee’s bulletin board notices on its web site.
