After analysis of anomalies discovered during its routine inspection program, NGPL has shut in its #1 line between Compressor Stations 301 and 302 in Segment 22. The #2 line is still flowing at a reduced pressure while repairs commence on the #1 line. Effective today until further notice, gas sourced out of the South Texas Zone for deliveries north or east into the Gulf Coast System will be restricted. AOR, IT and Secondary volumes will not be scheduled, while Primary services will be available at a reduced level.

El Paso extended maintenance on Alamo Lake Station’s #1 turbine, and a related Havasu Crossover restriction of 50 MMcf/d, by one day through today.

No gas will be processed at the Castle Valley CO2 Plant during Questar maintenance set for Sept. 17-22. Questar anticipates scheduling receipt volumes from the Price/Ferron area during the work. However, delivery nominations will not be accepted for the Sept. 17-18 gas days at the QGC Utah South, Payson Gate-Nephi and QGC Indianola points. See the bulletin board for further details.

Florida Gas Transmission will replace about 7,260 feet of 20-inch mainline upstream of Station 3 (Refugio County, TX) during the Oct. 1-31 period. The outage will occur between mainline valves 2-30 and 2-4 and will cut MOPS receipts to zero. All receipts into FGT upstream of valve 2-30 must exit the system upstream of that valve. The first major receipt point available for delivery to the Florida market during this project will be HPL Magnet Withers. Deliveries may be made on an interruptible basis downstream of Station 3 if pressures allow.

Panhandle Eastern will take its TETCO-Lebanon Lateral interconnect out of service for about two days and eight hours next month to install a flow control valve. The work, affecting 240,000 Dth/d, is scheduled to start at 8 a.m. EDT Oct. 9 and end around 4 p.m. Oct. 11.
