Florida Gas Transmission extended an Overage Alert Day notice through at least Wednesday but loosened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 10% to 15%.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not continue a low-linepack OFO beyond Wednesday.

Tennessee will take part of the Raymondville Lateral (Line 408A-100 near the South Texas city of McAllen) out of service for three days starting Aug. 29. Nominations will not be accepted at eight meters during the outage.

Union Gas Limited is putting between 1 Bcf and 2 Bcf of Peak Storage service at its Dawn market hub up for bids through 11:30 p.m. EDT Friday. Gulf South will accept bids for 5 million dekatherms of Firm Storage Service capacity through an interactive auction to be conducted through its website. The one-year term of the capacity runs from April 1, 2003 through March 31, 2004. The initial auction will last for 15 minutes beginning at 11 a.m. CDT next Monday. If a bid is received in the last minute of the initial period or during extension periods, the auction will be extended for one minute from the time of the last bid. Extensions will continue until bidding activity ceases for at least one minute.
