In the event this action causes Tennessee to once againexperience operational difficulties attributable to gas with highBtu levels, the pipeline said, it will do whatever is necessary tolower overall Btu content on its 500 Line to manageable levels.

Tennessee also advised shippers last Friday that due to anunscheduled outage of holding tanks at its Cocodrie (LA) CompressorStation, it has reduced ability to accept gas that contains orcould form liquids in its system. If system integrity ormerchantability is threatened by such gas, producers on the headerand East Leg of the Bluewater system must act to ensure theirdeliveries to Tennessee meet quality specs or provide the pipelinewith evidence of alternate arrangements for the disposal ofliquids. The Cocodrie tank outage is expected to last through aboutApril 7, Tennessee said. In a corollary notice, Columbia Gulfadvised customers that it is taking action similar to Tennessee’sfor Bluewater production.
