In order to repair a mainline fitting at the Stanfield (OR) CityTap, PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest (GTN) will isolate itsA-Line between Main Line Valves 8-2.5 and 8-3.0 for about 16 hoursThursday. Capacity at points downstream of MLV 8-3.0 will bereduced about 70 MMcf/d to 2,000 MMcf/d. Based on current flowconditions, GTN estimated Station 14 immediately upstream fromMalin will experience a capacity cut from 1,940 MMcf/d to 1,875MMcf/d. Every effort will be made to return the system to fullcapacity by Friday’s gas day, GTN said.

El Paso said Tuesday smart pigging of Line 1103 on its SouthMainline has been postponed to Friday and Saturday because anongoing cleaning procedure indicates that additional cleaning isneeded. “Although we regret the change of plans on short notice, the delay is necessary to ensure good results” when the pig is run,El Paso said. The pigging, which will reduce capacity from KeystoneStation to Pecos River Station by 335 MMcf/d, previously had beenscheduled for today and Thursday (see Daily GPI, March 12).

Trunkline will shut in the Gulf South (formerly Koch Gateway)meter at its Pollock Station for two days of maintenance startingMarch 21, making the meter unavailable for redelivery to Trunkline.

Texas Eastern said a suspension of customer-specific OFOs issuedto 25 shippers on Jan. 8 and Feb. 8 became effective March 1. Itwas able to lift the OFOs because studies indicate the pipeline”will adequately meet projected aggregate storage demand for theremainder of the winter season.”

As a result of compliance with a Columbia Gulf heat contentlimit of 1,050 Btu/cf announced in January (see Daily GPI, Jan.22), the Sabine-Henry Plant meter station in South Louisiana wasremoved from the pipeline’s restriction list. Nominations forTuesday flow were resumed Monday.
