Northwest is reducing the available capacity at the Spokane Mead throughput point to 130,000 Dth/d effective Friday, saying demand in the Spokane, WA, area is not sufficient for it to schedule full design capacity at Starr Road. “This reduction is necessary to ensure operational reliability on the Spokane Lateral,” the pipeline said. “If necessary, Northwest will also cut alternate gas at other points on the lateral to maintain operational integrity. As the weather turns colder and the Spokane area can effectively burn the gas being nominated at Starr Road, Northwest will return all points on the lateral to design capacity.”

As a result of a force majeure event at Station 602, starting Friday Trailblazer will schedule Primary firm and Secondary in-path firm transports in Segment 20 to a minimum of 78% of maximum daily quantity (previously posted as 74%) for applicable contracts. Due to extensive repairs required at Station 602 and the unavailability of spare parts, the work is not anticipated to be completed until mid to late December, Trailblazer said.

ANR said Thursday it had completed engine maintenance at Buttermilk Compressor Station in the Southwest Gathering Area and lifted all associated restrictions. ANR also said that until further notice, restrictions initiated Nov. 18 on daily injection activity into DDS and MBS storage accounts will continue due to high inventory and limited injection capabilities.

Alliance said operations upgrades require that the Albert Lea Compression Station to be offline for 72 hours starting Monday. Authorized Overrun Service throughput will be impacted, Alliance said, but the extent will be determined closer to the outage dates.
