Pacific Gas and Electric, which has had simultaneous Stage 1 low-inventory/high-inventory OFOs in effect consistently on its California Gas Transmission system since it began them July 8 due to lower pressures from pipe remediation work (see Daily GPI, July 8), said it will have an OFO-free gas day Thursday.
Texas Eastern lifted Wednesday the warning it issued Nov. 22 against due-shipper imbalances. Affiliates Algonquin and Maritimes & Northeast U.S. cited forecasts of market-area weather returning to more seasonal temperatures in ending similar measures implemented Nov. 21, but both said their limited flexibility in managing daily or cumulative due-pipeline imbalances required delivery point operators to ensure that their physical deliveries are equal to or less than scheduled volumes.
Gulf South will suspend physical flow at the Rex Brown Power Plant meter during Dec. 12-16 in-line pigging of the six-inch diameter Canton Line in its Index 301-18 segment.
