Columbia Gas Transmission LLC said gas days Sept. 17-19 were to be deemed to be a “critical days” for storage. “Based on storage injection capacity and on forecasted firm storage injection requirements, transporter projects that all available storage injection capacity will be required to meet firm service obligations,” the company said. “Transporter projects no availability of interruptible storage injection services. Storage withdrawal services are not impacted by this notice.”

Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP) said Friday it has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances on the 300 Line downstream of Station 313 (Coudersport, PA). Effective immediately, TGP requires all 300 Line delivery point operators between Station 313 and MLV 355 to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. “All 300 Line receipt point operators between Station 313 and MLV 355 are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position,” the pipeline said. TGP added that it requires compliance with this notice to avoid the necessity of taking further actions including utilizing contract or meter specific Operational Flow Orders to maintain operational integrity.
