Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day beyond Thursday, but Gulfstream, another pipeline serving the Florida market, said actual deliveries from its system recently were exceeding receipts and it was experiencing low linepack levels as a result. Thus Gulfstream issued an Action Alert Friday requiring shippers to keep imbalances flat “regardless of whether any operational variation is allocated to an operational balancing agreement for later imbalance resolution.” See the bulletin board for further details.

Westcoast said Friday it was suspending liquid hydrocarbon injections at its McMahon Gas Plant due to high C5+ storage levels there and “product not being moved to market.” With its Pembina and Peace pipeline segments running at maximum levels, “the ability for quick relief moving C5+ down the pipeline is not available and trucking the product is currently not removing more than daily production,” Westcoast said.

Rockies Express said two units at Bertrand Compressor Station that experienced outages Thursday had been returned to service Friday with no impact to shipper nominations.
