Southwest Gas asked Wednesday that transportation customers refrain from drafting over the next three days in order to assist it in complying with upstream pipeline requests for Southwest to refrain from drafting due to scheduled maintenance. “If customer cooperation is not observed, Southwest may issue a Hold Burn to Scheduled Quantities notice, or a customer-specific OFO to encourage assistance in managing this request,” the Las Vegas-based LDC said.

El Paso confirmed late Tuesday afternoon that it was able to repair Line 3152 and return it to service as expected (see Daily GPI, April 7). Two meters that had been required to shut in were allowed to resume flows.

Southern Natural Gas said an unscheduled engine outage at Bienville Compressor Station in north-central Louisiana that began March 30 (see Daily GPI, March 31) had been resolved and full IT capacity availability in Group 48-Perryville West was restored effective with Wednesday’s Intraday 1 nominations cycle.

NOVA said an outage of the Burton Creek Compressor Station scheduled for Monday through Friday of next week will proceed as planned, and Alberta/BC [British Columbia] border delivery capacity will be limited to 2,206 MMcf/d. Recent nominations there have been in the 2,048-2,294 MMcf/d range, NOVA said, adding that it will make all efforts possible to maximize the delivery capability and minimize the outage duration.

Florida Gas Transmission said Wednesday morning it had completed scheduled maintenance that began Monday at Station 11. The work ended about a day earlier than previously expected (see Daily GPI, April 1).
