Southern California Gas kept a high-linepack OFO in effect through the weekend and into at least Tuesday.

Pacific Gas and Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

El Paso said a high-linepack condition that developed Saturday, with system volumes above 7,700 MMcf “as a result of actual takes below scheduled quantities and receipts from our supply basins in excess of scheduled deliveries,” was continuing Monday and thus the possibility of its declaring a Strained Operating Condition remained in effect. The pipeline said its Washington Ranch storage facility was making maximum injections.

Transwestern said a force majeure outage on its Panhandle Lateral had been resolved and full capacity through P-3 Compressor Station was restored Monday.
