Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday on its California Gas Transmission system, setting $1/Dth penalties for exceeding an 8% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

NOVA reported Thursday that while performing pipe inspections and repairs a day earlier on its 20-inch diameter Peace River Mainline, a defect was discovered that required an immediate reduction in pressure. As a result flows were taken to zero at 11 stations in the area effective at 6 p.m. MST Wednesday until further notice, NOVA said.

Citing gas quality issues, ANR said Thursday it was not accepting nominations or allowing gas to flow at the Ship Shoal 152 INT (Eugene Island 211/212) receipt point in its Southeast Area Fuel Segment until further notice.

Rockies Express said late Thursday afternoon it had completed repairs to a weld defect at Cheyenne Compressor Station and was lifting the associated force majeure effective with Intraday 2 nominations. Due to the partial-day outage of Cheyenne, the pipeline said it was scheduling limited increases to nominations for quantities delivered through Segment 200.

Gulf South reported completing maintenance Thursday on its Index 817 East Texas Expansion in DeSoto Parish, LA; the work had previously been expected to last through Friday.

In updates on force majeure situations at two locations, CIG said it has extended the estimated time required to complete repairs at Lost Cabin Compressor Station through Wednesday of this week, and it is trying to restore withdrawal service at its Totem Storage Facility as soon as possible and will provide another Totem update no later than Thursday.
