Columbia Gas said Thursday will be deemed a “Critical Day” for storage, meaning that based on withdrawal capacity and forecasted firm withdrawal requirements, it expects no availability of interruptible storage services.

Southwest Gas issued a “Hold Burn to Scheduled Quantities” notice Tuesday due to requests from upstream pipelines to draft gas that had been banked on their systems over the last several days.

Kern River said it expects to complete remaining field work on the 2010 Expansion Project by March 15, with incremental service to be initiated as soon as final regulatory approvals are received. Kern River anticipates that full capacity will be available no later than April 1.
