A day after ending a high-inventory OFO, Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system for Wednesday. Penalties were set at $1/Dth for noncompliance with a tolerance of 5% for negative daily imbalances.

Northern Natural Gas said Tuesday afternoon that due to system-weighted temperatures that were projected to plunge on New Year’s Day, it is calling a System Overrun Limitation for Zones ABC and EF that will take effect Thursday.

Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day beyond Monday.

Due to a mechanical problem at our Boonville Compressor Station, effective Tuesday until further notice Iroquois cut all IT and Extended Receipt and Delivery service with receipt points at Waddington, as well as Park and Loan service loans greater than 250 Dth.

Declaring a force majeure event, Southern Star Central reduced capacity Tuesday through Edmond Station to 100,000 Dth/d due to equipment breakage in a compressor unit. It expected the reduction, which affects Line Segments 340, 385, 390 and 400, to last through Thursday.

Citing current flow conditions, Northwest said it is reducing the OFO trigger at the Plymouth South Constraint from 587,000 Dth/d to 575,000 Dth/d Wednesday, adding that it will continue to send out daily OFO notices to shippers when primary firm nominations exceed this threshold.
