Affiliated pipelines Texas Eastern and Algonquin notified shippersTuesday evening that OFOs (or a Critical System Warning in Algonquin’scase) similar to those canceled Monday (see Daily GPI, Jan. 25) would go into effect later thatnight. As before, the OFOs require uniform hourly deliveries in themarket area and carry other restrictions such as no acceptance ofdue-shipper imbalance nominations. Effective today Algonquin isallowing only Primary Firm services through its Cromwell (CT)Compressor Station.

Due to “weather conditions continuing to deteriorate,” Reliantsaid it is reducing IT and Authorized Overrun Service deliveries incertain unspecified segments of its system. The pipeline also isnot allowing any additional storage withdrawals under the SBS rateschedule until further notice.

Florida Gas Transmission opened customer access for Februarybusiness Wednesday to a new nomination system called ThroughputManagement System. TMS allows nominations to be sent via theInternet using the EDI or EDM-flat file formats or by entering thenominations on-line.
