Pacific Gas and Electric kept the same conditions in effect while extending a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO through at least Thanksgiving Day on its California Gas Transmission system.
Southern Natural Gas stressed that it had not issued a Type 6 OFO but said it would be near maximum storage injection capacity on Thursday. Thus the probability of calling an OFO for long imbalances from Thursday through Saturday was “too close to call” as of Wednesday afternoon, the pipeline said. The next OFO update was scheduled for around 2 p.m. CST Thursday if conditions changed, Southern said.
