Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Wednesday on its California Gas Transmission system, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Southern California Gas said it will end Wednesday a high-linepack OFO that has been in effect for the previous four days.

Due to repairs at the Willard Compressor Station having entered their final stages of completion, Northwest said it was lifting Tuesday the Recall Advisory and OFO that were placed on the system to ensure that scheduled quantities did not exceed design capacity prior to allocating nomination requests down to the operational capacity of 491,000 Dth/d. It also said it was ending the Willard-associated Declared Deficiency Period.
