More favorable operating conditions allowed Texas Eastern to cancelMonday the OFO for its M-3 market zone that began a week earlier (seeDaily GPI, Jan. 19). All M-3 OperationalBalancing Agreements that were suspended are back in effect, Tetcosaid, and storage nominations may be restored to pre-OFOlevels. However, a restriction on IT gas sourced upstream of M-3 anddelivered there is still in effect. Due-shipper imbalance gas may betaken in all zones again, Tetco said, as long as it is scheduledproperly and taken evenly through the rest of January. Downstreamaffiliate Algonquin similarly canceled Monday the Critical SystemWarning it had posted Jan. 17 (see Daily GPI, Jan. 19), but left in place restrictions onmainline forward hauls for Authorized Overrun gas, interruptibleservices and due-shipper makeup gas.

Northern Natural Gas extended last week’s System Overrun Limitationnotice for all market-area zones (see Daily GPI, Jan. 19) through at least today’s gas day.

Sonat left in place through Monday until further notice an OFO Type3 for seven groups instead of being able to suspend it Sunday asanticipated (see Daily GPI, Jan. 24). Capacity allocations also remainin effect for the Chattanooga Group, Sonat said, but it was schedulinghigher IT levels as of Sunday.

Florida Gas Transmission lifted an Overage Alert Day notice for itsmarket area east of Station 12 (see Daily GPI, Jan. 24) Sunday, but said “due tosignificant market area demand” it will monitor market burn patternsfor comparison to corresponding scheduled volumes and reinstate theOFO if necessary.

Transco continues to adjust IT volumes through the Linden (NJ)Regulator Station, saying the availability will return from zero25,000 Dth/d today. Interruptible service remains zero in the restof the system downstream of Station 90.
