Pacific Gas and Electric kept a systemwide high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system in place at least through Friday but lowered the category from Stage 3 to Stage 2, loosened the tolerance on daily positive imbalances from 5% to 12% and reduced penalties for exceeding the tolerance from $5/Dth to $1/Dth.

Northern Natural Gas is implementing a System Overrun Limitation at the Gilmore City #1 point Friday, saying it was due to sustained flows in excess of facility capacity locations.

Gulf South said it has been notified that a maintenance shutdown of the North Terrebonne Gas Plant in South Louisiana (see Daily GPI, Nov. 10) will continue through the end of November, with plant operator Enterprise Products Partners scheduled to communicate its proposed resolution plan on Dec. 1. Thus two meters must remain shut in until further notice and PVR (plant volume reduction) nominations at several affected points should stay reduced to zero, Gulf South said. When the outage began earlier this month it was only expected to take about a week.

NOVA said it will restrict firm service to 74% at six compressor stations during pipeline modifications in the Demmitt area, which are scheduled to begin Tuesday and last through early after Nov. 29.

Citing an anticipated increase in production on its system, Sea Robin Pipeline said it began to run the Erath Compressor Station again Thursday and was accepting nominations to higher-pressure delivery points downstream of the station. This operation will continue as long as nominations remain at or above 325,000 Dth/d downstream of Erath, the pipeline said. Final scheduling of Sea Robin activity will depend on total nominations meeting the minimum threshold for the Erath compressors to run, it added.
