Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 3 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system with penalties of $5/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Florida Gas Transmission ended Wednesday an Overage Alert Day that had begun Monday.

MRT cited maintenance at its Unionville facility in issuing a System Protection Warning (SPW) that took effect Wednesday until further notice. See the bulletin board for SPW conditions.

Transco, which had reported a new shutdown of the Mobile Bay processing plant by operator Williams Field Services (WFS) due to receipt losses caused by Tropical Storm Ida shortly after the plant had restored service following a maintenance outage (see Daily GPI, Nov. 11), said Wednesday the plant was fully operational again. Transco resumed accepting nominations for delivery to Gulfstream at the Coden Out meter.

Rockies Express (REX) said it had received FERC authorization to place the final segment of its REX-East section from Lebanon to Clarington in Ohio in service and was accepting nominations for first flows in the segment for Thursday’s gas day.

In an update on the Line 1102 segment affected by a rupture in the Texas Panhandle last Thursday, El Paso said Wednesday it is now able to accept nominations from the Cliffside Helium Extract Receipt meter as long as the gas is able to be delivered to NGPL.
