Florida Gas Transmission extended an Overage Alert Day through at least Tuesday but loosened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 15% to 25%.

After announcing Monday that Williams Field Services (WFS) had completed maintenance at its Mobile Bay processing plant and Transco had resumed accepting nominations for delivery to Gulfstream at the Coden Out meter (see Daily GPI, Nov. 10), the pipeline said late that afternoon that the plant was shut down again “due to a loss of production associated with Hurricane [by then a tropical storm again] Ida.” Transco deliveries to Gulfstream at the Coden Out meter were again canceled until the latest plant outage ends.

After saying its storage fields were expected to reach maximum capacity last Friday, Southern California Gas revised the estimated loss of injection availability from 400 MMcf/d to 200 MMcf/d. The LDC extended a high-linepack OFO through at least Wednesday.
