Pacific Gas and Electric kept a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO in effect through at least Thursday but loosened the tolerance on positive daily imbalances from 5% to 12%; noncompliance penalties were unchanged.

ANR said Wednesday it had shut in the Eugene Island 307 location offshore Louisiana until further notice while it performs unplanned maintenance to investigate a possible leak.

Due to the loss of the exhaust system on one unit, Wyoming Interstate Co.‘s Laramie Compressor Station is out of service through Oct. 2, reducing station capacity from 783 MMcf/d to 657 MMcf/d.

Questar said ongoing maintenance at Oak Spring Compressor Station is proceeding as scheduled and it expects to restore capacity in the ML 104 segment to normal for Friday’s gas day.

NOVA said it must conduct additional inspection of the 20-inch diameter Peace River Mainline between Dryden and Meikle compressor stations starting next Monday, which will restrict Segment 1 capacity to about 124 MMcf/d, or 92.1% of firm service. The expected completion date is Oct. 3, NOVA said, but the work potentially could extend beyond then.
