Texas Eastern reinstated until further notice Monday afternoon anOFO requiring that all deliveries in its M-3 market zone be made at auniform hourly rate. As in last Friday’s OFO that was suspendedSaturday morning (see Daily GPI,Jan. 18), non-compliance penalties are $25/dth and all M-3Operational Balancing Agreements are suspended for the purposes ofhourly allocations only.

Similarly Algonquin, Texas Eastern’s downstream affiliate,reinstated Monday a System Warning that had been suspended Saturdaymorning (see Daily GPI, Jan. 18). Thewarning restricts all deliveries to 1/24th of scheduled dailyquantities. Algonquin also began scheduling to zero Tuesday allAuthorized Overruns, interruptible services and Secondary Firm volumesthrough its Cromwell (CT) Compressor Station. Only increases inPrimary No Notice Service were being allowed through Cromwell.

After cutting IT through the Linden (NJ) Regulator Station tozero Tuesday, Transco is raising it back to 25,000 Dth/d today.Interruptible service remains zero in the rest of the systemdownstream of Station 90.

Northern Natural Gas issued a System Overrun Limitation noticefor all market-area zones today and Thursday.

Citing a forecast of warmer weather in the Wisconsin area andits expectation of nominated receipts at the Marshfield, WIinterconnect with Viking, ANR is withdrawing this morning aMarshfield OFO. ANR declared the OFO Monday after experiencing ashortage of receipts at Marshfield.

Pacific Gas & Electric ended a Stage 1 high-inventory OFOTuesday after it had been in effect for the previous two days. El Pasobegan maintenance on the Gallup (NM) Station’s B turbine Tuesday andsaid it will last three days. The work, which cuts San Juan Basincapacity by 80 MMcf/d, previously had been scheduled for Jan. 19-20(see Daily GPI, Jan. 11). El Paso alsosaid the Navajo (AZ) Station’s 2D turbine, scheduled to go downJan. 24, had experienced a failure Jan. 13 and will remain down untilFeb. 6. That outage cuts North Mainline capacity by 50 MMcf/d.
