Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO for Tuesday on its California Gas Transmission system, setting noncompliance penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 7% tolerance on negative daily imbalances.

Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day beyond Friday.

Trunkline said it will begin a two-day outage Thursday of its Vermilion System offshore southwest Louisiana for a leak repair, during which three meters will be shut in.

El Paso issued several warnings Saturday of a potential Strained Operating Condition due to high linepack, but said linepack had returned to normal Sunday.

Gulf South said Sunday it had completed unscheduled maintenance on its 10-inch diameter line between Eugene Island Blocks 47 and 57, which had required the shut-in of three locations.

ANR reported beginning maintenance at its Bridgman Compressor Station in the Northern Fuel Segment (ML-7), which reduced total St. John West-to-East capacity by 325 MMcf/d for Monday and Tuesday (leaving 940 MMcf/d available) and which will reduce it by 115 MMcf/d (leaving 1,150 MMcf/d available) Wednesday through Friday. Based on recent nominations, it is anticipated that the capacity cuts will result in the curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nominations through the segment, ANR said.
